All Big Bear Sound staff undergo dedicated training for their jobs and hold all necessary permits and certification relevant to their work, including the construction industry’s Safepass.  Big Bear Sound is committed to ensuring safety in the workplace by taking all reasonably practical steps to reduce the risk of accidents.

Big Bear Sound have a Company Safety Satement (Company Safety Management System) 

This document outlines how we manage health and safety in our workplace.

The safety statement is required by law under Section 20 of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005.

The Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 requires that an organization produce a written programe to safeguard:

• the safety and health of employees while they work

• the safety and health of other people who might be at the workplace, including customers, visitors and members of the public

The Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 states that the safety statement should influence all work activities, including:

• the selection of competent people, equipment and materials

• the way work is done

• how goods and services are designed and provided
